Works Eve Curls on all curl types?
Yes, our products work on virtually all types of curls. From light wavy curls to strong coily curls.
How should you Eve Curls use products?

Do your products conform to the Curly Girl Method?
Yes, all Eve Curls products are free of sulfates, silicones, mineral oils, and drying alcohols.
How long do Eve Curls products last?
Generally 2-6 months for our full size products. It varies from person to person and of course depends mainly on how much product you need.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are manufactured in the Poland.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are completely vegan.
Are your products suitable for children?
Yes, all of our products are suitable for children. However, please be careful when using our products on children 0-3 years old, as our products contain perfume.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, we do not test on animals.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
How long is the delivery time?
We use the following delivery times:
Netherlands: Ordered before 23:59 = Delivery tomorrow.
Belgium = Ordered before 22:00 = Tomorrow in house
Germany = 2-3 working days
Rest of Europe = 2-6 working days
United Kingdom = 4-6 business days
United States = 5-9 business days
What are the shipping costs?
All orders over €60 will be shipped for free. Below that we charge €6.95 shipping costs.
Will I really get my money back if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we will refund the full purchase price if you return your order within 14 days of receipt! Not satisfied? Please send an e-mail to support@evecurls.com and we will send you further instructions.
However, you are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse.
ORDER ASSISTANCE
Where do I enter a discount code?
Your discount code can be entered in the final steps of the ordering process. The "discount code" box is where you can enter it. Make sure your discount code meets the conditions and that you do not lose sight of the minimum order amount, mandatory products in your shopping cart (if the discount applies specifically to some products) or the validity period of your discount code.
Can I combine coupon codes?
That varies per code. For some codes it is allowed and for some codes it is not. Pay attention to this when you receive a discount code, we will always mention it.
I entered the wrong information, what now?
If you have made a mistake while entering your details, we advise you to contact our customer service (support@evecurls.com) as soon as possible. We can see if we can change your information. Please include all information in your message and make it clear what the new, correct information is so we can adjust it immediately.
Please note that once your order has been processed and packed, we cannot make any changes.
