Yes, our products work on almost all types of curls. From light wavy curls to strong coily curls.

Do your products meet the Curly Girl Method?
Yes, all Eve Curls Products are free from sulfates, silicone, mineral oils, and drying alcohols.
How long Eve Curls Products?
Generally 2-6 months before our full size Products. It differs per person and of course mainly depends on how much product you need.
Where are your products made?
All our products are produced in the Netherlands.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all our products are completely vegan.
Are your products suitable for children?
Yes, all our products are suitable for children. However, be careful when using our products on children aged 0-3 years old, since our products contain perfume.
Have your products been tested on animals?
No, we do not test for animals.

How long is the delivery time?

We adhere to the following delivery times:
Netherlands: Ordered before 23:59 = Delivered tomorrow
Belgium = Ordered before 22:00 = Delivered tomorrow
Germany = 2-3 working days
Rest of Europe = 2-6 working days
United Kingdom = 4-6 working days
United States = 5-9 working days
What are the shipping costs?
All order above € 60 will be sent for free. We request € 6.95 shipping costs.
Do I really get my money back if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we will refund the full purchase amount if you return your order within 14 days of receipt! Are you not satisfied? Send an e-mail to support@evecurls.com And then we will send you the further instructions.
You are responsible for the shipping costs back to our warehouse.
Help with order
Where do I enter a discount code?
You can enter your short -term code in the last steps of the ordering process. The 'discount code' course is where you can enter it. Please note that your discount code meets the conditions and that you hereby apply the minimum order amount, mandatory products in your shopping basket (if the discount applies specifically to a number of products) or the validity of your discount code does not lose sight of.
Can I combine discount codes?
That differs per code. For some codes it is allowed and for some codes not. So pay attention to this when receiving a discount code, we will always mention it.
I have entered the wrong information, what now?
If you have made a mistake with entering your data, we recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible (support@evecurls.com) to be recorded. We can see if we can still adjust your data. In your message, send all the information and make it clear what the new, correct information is so that we can adjust this immediately.
Please note that once your order has been processed and packed, we cannot change this anymore.
