First of all we want to thank you very much for you interested in Eve Curls. As a Dutch company, we are proud to transform the curly industry!

All our products are sent from our warehouse in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. The delivery time differs per country. Below you can see an exact overview! 

How long does it take before my order arrives?

NB: Our Trial Size Products are currently sold out. Pre-order now with a 6% extra discount, discount code: "PREORDER6". Expected shipping date: 7-13 October.

We use the following delivery times:

The Netherlands: Ordered before 11:59 PM
Belgium = ordered before 22:00 = delivered tomorrow
Germany = 1-2 working days
France = 1-3 business days
Spain = 1-3 working days
Italy = 1-3 business days
United Kingdom = 5-6 working days
 

Can I follow my order? 

Yes, with every order you place, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow exactly where your order is and when it will be delivered.

  

Is the shipping free? 

We offer free shipping for orders over € 60. If you don't get this amount, don't worry; We only ask for a small fee of € 6.95.

 

How does the return policy work? 

We use a return policy of 14 days. This means that you can return your order up to 14 days after receipt and the full amount will be refunded. This even applies if you have already used our products!
