All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Dordrecht, The Netherlands. The delivery time varies per country. Below you can see an exact overview! 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use the following delivery times:

Netherlands: Ordered before 23:59 = Received tomorrow.
Belgium = Ordered before 22:00 = Tomorrow in house
Germany = 2-3 working days
Rest of Europe = 2-6 working days
United Kingdom = 4-6 business days
United States = 5-9 business days

Can I track my order? 

Yes, with every order you place, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track exactly where your order is and when it will be delivered.

  

Is shipping free? 

We offer free shipping for orders over €60.

How does the return policy work? 

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it and get a full refund. This applies even if you have already used our products!
