Finding the perfect match with our new products sometimes requires some experimentation. Before you conclude that the products are not meeting your expectations, consider some minor adjustments. Below are common questions with helpful advice to help you achieve the curls of your dreams.

Does your hair feel unwanted greasy?
You may be using more product than necessary. A small amount is often enough. Make sure your hair is thoroughly wet and reduce the amount of product for fresher results.
Are you experiencing frizzy curls?
We have three suggestions for you: use more water, use more product, or combine both. Our products thrive best with adequate moisture, and sometimes an extra dose of Leave-In Conditioner/Curl Defining Cream really can make all the difference.
Do you miss the "cast" in your curls?
Thanks to our products, your curls are wonderfully soft, this does indeed leave you without a 'cast'. But know that many achieve great results without a cast. Often it is more a personal preference than a requirement. If you do prefer a cast, we recommend finishing your routine with a curl gel for that extra fixing effect.
